What sort of phone do you have? Having a matching watch is usually a nice feature. I'm running an Apple Watch series 3. It was released in 2017. i think I bought it in 2018, and wear it every day from morning until I take a shower/bed, so probably 15 hours or so.

Apple watches are good for about a day and a half in my experience. I usually charge mine at night, so obviously, that won't monitor my sleep. I suppose if you want to monitor your sleep, you'll need to charge it sometime, so will hopefully, have one that you can get mostly charged in a short period.
