It's better than it was on mobile with dynamic IPs, and it is all CF related. I'm not on much these days, but... Don't know if anyone saw my "whiner thread" a bit back ... I'll see if I can paste it .... call "3rd attempt" or something ...
Just my instincts and what I have observed... amongst real server issues at times.
