We had a cabin in the woods and it was hard controlling the moisture as it was closed most of the time.
In my last garage, the previous owner spray painted the OSB walls and ceiling. Using quality paint, I put on 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of paint and it still looked like OSB.
Isn't LVP slippery when wet? It would still be my first choice.
