The last set I bought (many years ago) were DWS. S for snow. Had them on my 80 SC and, got to use them in snow. That was pretty darn fun.
Steve? I suspect in Texas you will not be needing the S tires. No idea of current Conti's. I really did like the DWS however.
I have some crappy Dunlaps or something on my Boxster now. If I drove the car daily, Conti's would be in the running.
