Should really do vinyl. My daughter and I did the little ADU cabin they rent out on their property. She did the kitchen/dining area on her own and I did the bathroom as I was basically updating that whole room for her before the next tenet moved in.
Consider the time invested in prepping and painting the OSB vs laying the Vinyl,, No brainer.

I couldn't agree more, LVT would be my choice. Cheap, easy to install and somewhat water proof. When it gets slopping wet, it doesn't dry under there so nasty things starts to grow. I am not talking spilling a glass of water but leaks that flood half the floor and that normally doesn't happen.
