Well, asking lots of questions sounds tiring and irritating, but there's got to be a limit. It can't be like a kid that asks "why" after every statement, and it should only be when it's not going to drag things down. Wow, asking for the foreman's cell!

I have worked with a couple of guys that asked a lot of questions, and I/we started out explaining everything, because both guys seemed really hungry for info. But then I/we realized that no matter how much or how well you explained it, neither guy EVER got any of the info (and both took copious notes!) and would ask the same questions 3, 5, 10 times. Both guys initially seemed OK, but both ended up being let go or quitting because they were just way over their head and the work was outside of their capabilities.

Speaking of retiring soon, how soon? I thought it was this month.
