My grandson does exhibit anxiety when presented with change/new people. He does his stimming when playing his video games, flapping and standing on his toes. He also started with a stutter about 4 years ago. That is when I feel his autism really became evident, he was about six. I feel he hasn't progressed socially since. He has a great appetite. It's just like he's stuck developmentally.
