I used to have multiple monitors and spent a lot of time adjusting them to get them as close as possible. I still have 2 at work, but they are the same make/model, so they generally look identical.

I have considered getting one of those sensors that will "look" at your monitor and then adjust the monitor for correct color, but I no longer do enough stuff that would warrant that sort of thing to do it any more.
