Funny as but then I remembered all of the work I did on my "ex in laws" house, early 90s.

1. Main bathroom remodel.
2. Demolish and reconstruct front yard retaining wall (more than 6 meters long).
3. Build from scratch rear retaining wall (again more than 6 meters long).
4. Laid floor tiles in about 40% of the house.
5. Built in robe install main bed room.
6. Air conditioner install.
