Is there a way to create a stable login where forum members get dropped out after 60 minutes of inactivity to preserve bandwidth but are otherwise stable as long as they are actively scrolling or posting? Inquiring minds.

CF has been a "band aid" to prevent bots ... but has serious performance issues ... it's now a "system's design issue" ... and it's a flawed solution ... warts & all ... imo.
Ya can't do proxy server calls constantly (a la CF) over a SLOW network and have decent performance .... but that is a recent change....
And ALL networks are slow

.
It just is... and will be ... until it is addressed.
