I'm not a fan of venison...I think it's mostly the smell. I don't mind elk, though. But at the end of the day, I do my "hunting" at the grocery store--just so much simpler. I don't have a problem with hunters (or even hunting). To me, it's the processing part that I could do without. I appreciate all that the butcher does for me
