I really like venison. The only whole meat I use is backstrap, which I prefer to beef filet. The remainder is ground. I use it for bolognese, chili, tacos, meatballs.
I don't really have a problem with the smell of browning it, but I have a big hood.
I'm not a hunter, but we have tons of deer on my property and my son in law harvests for me.
