Intense back pain this winter. I couldn't stand or crawl. It took all I had one night to go 10' from the couch to the bathroom.
I uploaded the test results to AI before my doc appointment, and asked what treatments the doctor might prescribe. It returned a summary of my results that a non-doctor (I) could understand, listed treatment options, and recommended stretches and exercise options.
I understand it's not much more than a glorified, verbose web search. It didn't replace my doc, nor did I blindly accept a recovery path. However, it was helpful to understand my options prior to the doctor appointment.
