Right, like I said, the guy that drowned could have thought would be a good idea to stand up or funny if he rocked the boat, and the guy that survived could have been screaming "stop it, stop rocking the boat!" Or it could have been the other way around. I suppose under those circumstances, there might be some blame and requisite punishment.
