I haven't had SPAM (the food) since I was in the boyscouts, probably 1984. I keep telling myself that one of these days, I'm going to pick up a can when I'm in a regular grocery store just out of curiosity. I'm sure the recipe has changed in the last 42 years so it's probably half as healthy as it was then. I'll have to do it when the grandsons are around so they can try it too.
when I was a kid, probably 4-8, I always wanted my mom to buy this stuff. I don't know if it was due to commercials or just the little devil on the can. I think it was the can, because I can remember the little devil clear as day.
