Scanning of your DL confirms YOU are who YOU say you are. I retired from AT&T in March '25. I worked in the Cybersecurity group that attempts to decrease fraud. I paid (via our program funds) the monthly bill for transactions using the DL license confirmation technology from a vendor that our group used for certain systems. The retail group (which is what deals with the AT&T stores) pay for their share of that vendor's bill.
