I'll give it to the PTC. It's 1 positive is that it took crappy compliance vehicle and made it look different from the rest of the crappy appliance vehicles. I never drove or rode in one. I did drive a couple/few Dodge neons, and I thought they were awful, and I'm pretty sure the PTC was based on the neon platform.
