I was just talking about tires today (Look, Leaky, ruf, we ride so slow that we can talk about tires on our rides.)
Everybody today was on 5000's. Sample size of 3, but you get the idea. Different widths, but it's just such a good go-to tire. I have TPU tubes, but I was in a minority; everyone else had tubeless.
5000's are just such a decent tire for the money. Good enough feel, don't flat much and you can get 'em for about 65 bucks most of the time...cheap....
(edit, I wrote that everyone else was on tubulars. Wrong. They were using tubeless. doh)
