On the other end of the continent, we have had a amazing summer. Possibly the nicest I have ever experienced. No days over 100F. Three days of unseasonable humidity in June that were completely tolerable. No rain for months. A little wildfire smoke here on the Western side of the State but mostly it has been perfect. (Wildfire has been AWFUL in much of the State, but the wind kept the smoke away from me.)
And for those of you who are suffering? I am not trying to rub salt in your wounds. We, in Western Oregon, will get our punishment soon enough, I am sure.
