A local theater ran the Rocky Horror Picture Show at midnight every Saturday for at least a decade. Probably more. A real staple of my high school and college years, I think we went almost once a month.
Tim Curry did complain that this movie "ruined" his career. Typecast. Made it very difficult for him to land other roles after he so thoroughly knocked it out of the park in this role. He was one damn fine actor in the roles he did subsequently secure. RIP.
