Driving up Montana off the 15 is just slightly rolling flat land. Since you are in Yellowstone, you must see the big Titties, I mean, Grand Teton and Jackson (some people know it as Jackson Hole). The drive from Yellowstone, take the little road that goes pass Jenny Lake, and not the interstate. Its a beautiful drive. Have lunch or dinner at Jackson. Plenty great restaurants there compared to West Yellowstone. We spent two week there when kids were small on our way up to Canada.

Must do at Glacier:

Drive Gong-to-the-sun-road. I have driven it few times but the next time, I am taking that open top bus. I want to enjoy the mountain.

Logan Pass visitor center is a must stop and spend some time there to take in the view. I can spend a day there.
