I have never mentioned this here, but 2 months later on Nov 12 Flight 587 lands on my childhood friend's house in Belle Harbor. Frank was home from work from his second job at night (he was a phys ed teacher, Nov 12 was Veterans Day) his wife whom was our neighbor was out with the kids shopping. My wife heard the explosion thinking it was another attack. Our son was downtown Manhattan that day so panic struck.

The fall is a terrible time for me. Nevermind mind both sets of our parents died Thanksgiving week.
