I have to be the only one here that thinks that doesn't look as good as a regular bed. Maybe it's the lack of a cowboy headache rack. I mean if you're gonna go full on Texas Truck, you gotta have a cool headache rack. Stake sides make good sense too. Not hard to cut in stake pockets.

PS. with a detachable rear hoop (again, stake pockets), they make a great lumber rack for carrying long stock. I see idiots with ladders or lumber tied down to the roof edge every day, but then again, this is SoCal, just one step ahead of FL for stupidity. With only 6 feet of useable cargo space that would seem like a necessity. What do I know? I think you have a trailer for that?
