Saw my first Florida Panther in the wild. Ran out in front of my car on US-27 a few miles south of Lake Okeechobee. About 9AM. It happened too fast to get a pic. But I did report the sighting to FWC and was looking at their 'sightings' map. There have been 15-20 sightings near the mountain bike trail I ride on, including this one. Maybe they're all seeing the same cat?
