Many years ago I got a speeding ticket, and decided to fight it. On my day to appear in court....Los Angeles Municiple Court a case that was ahead of me had a Black man representing his wife who was not present.

His arguement went like this..My wife was on her way to the airport to pick up my mama, who was coming in from South Africa. Ted Kennedy had to help to get her a visa to enter the country... and she was in a hurry.

The Judge...Well why do you think the officer stopped her then...

Defendents Husband... He wanted a piece of Black Meat....

Oh you should of heard the groan in that court room, especially from the Black folk....

Judge...Guilty...Next...


The officer in my case didn't appear...so case dismissed....
