the color 5,000K or 7,500K is the temperature at which it burns at color wise 5,000K is the same as day light and 7,500K is more like sunset. the higher in (K) you go the lower the lightoutput. so the 5,000 give you the most light output and the 7,500 give you the least at around 2,400 lumens
