Honestly, who cares if the boobs are real? As long as they're not grotesque, we spend 99.99% of the time just looking at them, and the good fake ones feel pretty good anyway.
I've known a few girls who, believe it or not, look better after a reduction! Unfortunately, the trunk is still full of junk most times, but they do look better.
