This was completely avoidable. This numbnuts took a loaded weapon and discharged it in a room full of unarmed people. Oh, and dont forget that this was after he handed it to someone else who was not qualified to check it properly.
Its not that difficult to safely check if a pistol is loaded or not. This guy should be charged with reckless endangerment.
