Many people have removed their cats, replaced them w/ bypass pipes or new performance exhaust, and discussed about running them on their streetcars and daily drivers. Isn’t that technically illegal? Should all those posts be band also? Is Pelican (who sells these exhaust systems) responsible for how they are used?
