Good stuff Warren, thanks! I think I'll be adding a $20 fan to my drivers side cooler. I don't recall the guage wire used for the passenger side fan, it would be nice to run the drivers side off of the same relay.

Regarding the fuel expansion tank I eliminated it. Looped the hose around and zip tied it at the highest point in the fender well, no problem for over a year now.

I also got rid of the windshield washer tank, planned on putting it under the hood but have not gotten around to it. In the winter I drive around with a squirt bottle of fluid / water in the cabin.
