Yep, all of the settings were checked. I have been playing with cameras for the better part of my life. I tried everything to get a good picture out of it.
The story gets worse, CompUSA, which is where I was STUPID enough to buy this, is trying to charge me a 15% ($150.00) open box fee!! Everything is there in the box as it should be, I have the receipt, yada yada...
CompUSA is saying that inside the flap of the box it states that if there is a problem you must deal with Sony! I told the CompUSA manager hag that I didn't buy it from Sony, I bought it from them and that you have to open the box to see the bullsh@t sony statement. It ended up getting much worse, so the hell with it I am just going to dispute the charge.
Sometimes I think I need a nose wheel, I could just stay bent over!! No more CompUSA for this chump!
