First off what is a "Latino". ?????
My mother was (God rest her soul) a blue eyed blond from Northern Spain. I wouldn't classify her as a "Latino". Nor did she celebrate Cinco De Mayo, which is a Mexican only holiday. So, is that spend number for people of hispanic decent?

Also, I believe the latest info points to Asians as being the fastest growing "minority" group in te US....or was it Nascar fans?
