IMO he has stolen Thors money AND his crank! Plain and simple. Thor gave him money to provide a service and it wasn't performed. Why is it people *******foot around with sitautions like this? He advertises to perform this service and then does not. I would consider that fraud.
I guess some people don't mind being victims.
