That is exactly what I support. There is a natural yin and yang to life, to nature, to the earth. The population will rise as a result of prosperity and will fall when the earth cannot support it. More regulation in response to knee-jerk
PROJECTIONS made by people or groups that have an agenda to further, are what will lead to the decline of civilization. What you propose is social engineering and it doesn't work. The grandest social engineering experiment was the former USSR.
