You need:

* Side-shift transmission
* Complete side-shift linkage, from the gear shift lever all the way back to the transmission.
* Late motor mount bar
* Late solid outer mounts for the bar
* Late inner rubber mounts for the bar.
* Brackets for the late rubber mounts
* Converter bushing for the firewall
* Side-shift linkage bushings (might as well replace them while you've got everything apart!)

Instead of using the complete side-shift transmission, you can swap the shift rails and the side-shift console into the tail-shift transmission. The only reason to do this is if your tail-shifter is in stellar condition, or has particular gear ratios you like/need/want. (E.g., it's a 914-6 box.)
