Those things can be a real PITA. Looks like you have new bushings (?). You should dab a little moly grease on the surfaces. Then, see if you can big a BFS (big screwdriver) or small prybar in there somehow to get leverage. It does take some force but it should pop on eventually. The grease will help a little.
