One of my best friends lives a continent and three time zones away. Falling out 18 years ago, he looked me up 15 years ago and we're as close as we were then - closer actually.

I've since tried my hardest not to keep people in my life as that's simply impossible to make time for everyone, but more to stay in touch. The best friendships can pick up right where you left off.
