My take on it was that the ferraris were not as quick when they didnt have heat in the tyres, so straight after that safety car pulls into pit lane, both schu and jpm know it's on.

Schu was probably trying too hard to warm up his brakes and tyres. Montoya was probably too close. Darkish tunnel. Montoya made obvious move to try avoid. Schu drifted right.

Too many elements = Racing incident.
