I antisieze mine but I haven't had occasion to remove them afterwards so I don't know if it makes a difference. Antisieze does not effect operation.
On the subject of grease/antisieze and it's effect on electrical contacts; I have not found it to hurt anything. On the contrary, it keeps oxygen away from the contacts and slows down corrosion.
