I've used just a greased up K-D Tools (or Lisle?) thread chaser for 30 years on aluminum heads. Just leave the spark plug out and start the car. The engine's compression will blow out all the remaining chips in the hole.
Edit: Looks like this one though I don't recall it being a Performance Parts product.
