I need some explaining from the politics people here. I have seen so much bickering going back and forth. I have never really picked a party but obviously have things I believe in. I have read alot of the political discussions (nice way of putting it) here and I see many extremes.

Do you just pick a party and ride it all the way through the good and the bad and always vote for the person in your party? or Do you vote for the person with the best qualifications or the individual issues you believe in? What is your politics like and do you attack the other party just because he/she believes different or just because he/she is in that other party.
