My guides were shot at 77,000 miles. Get it done sooner than later as the valves might wear and need to be replaced also. I did most of the work myself and the bill was over $4000. I also replaced the pistons and cylinders for good measure, but from your numbers, you probably would'nt. This also gives you a great opportunity to update the clutch and clean and paint everything.
