The whole deal is sort of a crap shoot. You are showing the beginning of high oil comsumption but not the "usual" blue cloud. I would monitor the oil consumption carefully and keep a watchful eye.
When I first got my p-car, my oil consumption was 500 miles/qt. On discussion with my wrench, he told me that as long as I kept the temperatures sane and kept the level up, I would be ok. Just before I did my top end, my oil consumption was 2-300 miles/quart. I had to buy 12 valves due to wear in addition to the "normal" top end work.
