my first thought is that the lower levels of the money food chain, like home buyers, feed the developers and others that are above on the food chain. I just laughed to myself because I know hard info on the fact that the status of a former US xxxx couldn't get the office space he wanted in Manhattan because he wasn't worthy to the big boys of NYC RE.. check out where his HQ office is and who it's bldg owners are for an eye opener of someone who couldn't feed the alligator..
