For a location specific question such as this I would contact your local BMWCCA group goto bmwcca.com and find you local chapter website. Contact them and find out if they have an online chat setup.
Assuming it is repairable: There are some good wheel repair shops in DFW so Chicago should have some too.
To replace: Try ebay but shipping is expensive. Try to find a local ebay ad where you can pick up locally. If you get hooked up with the local BMWCCA you will probably find members selling wheels.
