OK. I'll throw my 2 cents in here. I decided to go with Porterfield R4Ss at $79 front & $69 rear. I choose them because I'm not sure I would be able to bed the full race pads in on the street before my first DE next month. I also got a bottle of Motul, I have ATE Blue in the car now. I also opted for the 993 deflectors, I bought them from the local dealer for just under $30. I can find them cheaper, but with shipping it's a wash. Last weekend I removed the guards on the back of my rotors. So I spent less than $200 for what I feel will be a significant upgrade to get me through till next year. After I learn to drive a bit & can tax my current set up I'll spend some more.
