I never saw your original post so we must assume others (more knowledgeable than I) didn't either. Also, the problem you describe could be caused by so many factors a concise fix probably isn't possible (i.e. no "silver bullet").
Causes of poor running at operating temperature/under acceleration can be caused by (in no particular order) low fuel pressure, air temp. sensor, engine temp. sensor, TPS (thottle position switch), air flow meter, speed and reference sensors, DME control unit, DME relay (maybe other factors, I'm just trying to give an over-view). Any of the above items may be failing or merely have a poor connection. The DME (like all electronic controls) needs very good, solid voltage and connections to function properly (something as simple as a marginal battery/charging system can affect it's operation). The best procedure would be to run the test procedures for the above systems (I can't advise, I don't have the 3.2 manual).
