Was there something else new there. Fraud waste an abuse happen in all companies. Dont get me wrong I think things would be better without haliberton involved, but I am faling to see the quid pro qou link. there is lots of insinuation but I have not seen substance. I have my own feelings on the motivation of the war but have no proof. Just opinion.
