"I'm tolerant of it just like I'm tolerant of California because ultimately, substantially more good comes out of it than bad. Nothings perfect. Its funny how quick you are to bash corporate America when it provides many with the opportunity to earn a decent income and own the finer things in life, like say, a Porsche. And said Porsche owner buys a little gate shift kit. Best think twice before you're off and alienating your target market..."

BGCarrera,
Sorry to hear you're so accepting of corporate and government fraud, waste and abuse. Perhaps I'm being too idealistic to hope that our tax money gets used for its intended purpose. BTW, I wasn't referring to inefficiencies but fraud. Inefficiency I can deal with to a certain extent. I don't know about you, but I don't derive any benefits from Halliburton's alledged illegal practices. If your rationale is higher employment, better lifestyle and more money in circulation, then you've got a point. Then let's welcome the Mafia and other organized crime into mainstream America. Let me know if I've overlooked something.

If you derive a life style from illicit profits and you can rationalize that aspect of your life, join the many others in this country who do the same. But I've got a basic problem with such practices to line the pockets of politicians and their corporate partners with my (your) hard-earned money (I assume your money is hard-earned). I'm not okay with it and you are. OK, I know where you stand. I hope I didn't put any words in your mouth.

I understand you and others may not agree with me and thus boycott what I sell. That's the risk I take when I post in this forum without benefit of a pseudonym. I prefer that not happen but I understand.

Have a nice day,
Sherwood
