Seinfeld"s 'car guy' is Sam Cabiglio in Signal Hill, CA. I've seen his detailing shop referred to as "Sam's Spa", but I don't know if that's an official name.
The area code would be 562 in that part of the world, and I imagine he won't be too hard to find.
